Trade Show Services break down:

 

Pre Show Coordination

a.         Proposing an estimate based on exact information provided by our partner

b.         Gathering of all show forms and preparing a very detailed folder for the show floor manager that includes all show order form, EAC, certificate of insurance and exact CADS with the proper graphic layout.

c.         Scheduling of the install and dismantle based on required times by our partner

d.         Invoicing of the project and collection of payment prior to the installation

e.         Reviewing all of the show information with our partner to insure that the coordination is exact prior to the installation

f.          Team meeting for every project to insure that the show floor, partner and our office are all on the same page with the same expectations prior to the install.

g.         Passing out of all show floor teams phone numbers to our partner

 

Install Time

a.         Show Floor Coordination Team arrives to the hall 1 day prior to the installation to insure that all carpet, electric and rigging is arranged and executed prior to the exhibit hitting the show floor.

b.         Show Floor Manager walks the entire floor to insure that the freight, carpet and electric are ready for the installation

c.         Show Floor Manager then distributes all of the jobs for that day to our technicians

d.         Installation begins and Show Floor Manager and Show Floor Coordinator oversee all installations to insure that the installation is being completed properly and in a timely manner.

e.         Show Floor Manager and Show Floor Coordinator then begin the quality control process to insure that the exhibit meets our high standards prior to the exhibitor arriving on the floor

f.          Show Floor Coordinator supervises all wiring of electrical components to insure a clean look and that all electrical components are working properly.

g.         Show Floor Manager and Show Floor Coordinator will meet with the exhibitor upon their arrival to the hall to insure that all needs have been met to the highest standards and that the customer is beyond satisfied with the exhibit.

 

Show Time

a.         Show Floor Manager and Show Floor Coordinator will meet with every exhibitor prior to the show opening to insure that all aspects of the event have been met and to insure that there are no last minute needs from the exhibitor.

b.         Our number will be distributed to every exhibitor that we have serviced to insure that if there are any show time issues we are able to be reached and able to address any issues that may have arose.

 

Show Close

a.         At the close of the show our Show Coordination Team will meet with every exhibitor that we have serviced to see if there are any post show needs regarding logistics or AV equipment that is be returned.

b.         Our Show Coordination Team will gather any out bound bill of lading produced by the exhibitor and insure that they have been completed properly and then turned in to the service desk.

 

Dismantle

 

a.         Our team will arrive to dismantle the exhibit as scheduled.

b.         Once the exhibit is dismantled and packed our Show Floor Manager will arrive at the exhibit to insure that all components have been packed properly in the cases that the exhibit had shipped to the show in.

c.         Our team of technicians will then walk the area to insure that nothing has been missed in the packing process.

d.         Our team of technicians will then wrap and properly label all of the containers shipping out.

e.         Show Floor Coordinator will then properly complete all outbound paperwork and submit to the show contractor.

f.          Show Floor Manager will then walk every booth space and compare booth numbers with the outbound paperwork to insure that no pieces in the shipment have been missed.

 

Post Show


We will meet as a team to review every project that has been serviced and review any problems or concerns that may have happened during this project and we will send a post show report to the partner in which we represented on the show floor.
